I immediately saw the red white and blue and then the fragmentation throughout it: "The broken American Dream". I always saw this country as an obsessive, over-thinking, closed minded culture that conditions people to conform to what they think it right, but call it a democracy, when it really isn't. I'm  not a fan or even like talking about anything political, but its the first thought I had pop in my head. The fragments to me represent a broken society. We have it good compared to some, but its the culture that disturbs me. If we slow down, clam our racing minds of "have to"'s and "Must"s, and see life at a steady pace, we'd all be better people and still be able to function, and things would get done in about the same time, less mistakes probably, and more compassion for the little guys. 
Balance and compassion. How hard is that? Hmm...let me google it while I Skype my Board of Directors and e-mail my sister about dinner on Saturday after Charlie's soccer, order the necklace Anne wants for Valentines day, have roses confirmed for delivery at 10 am, and download the article Sam told me to read: Epic Meltdown; Stress and American
